Week of August 29, 2016
1. The Golden Girls! Champions and Olympic medalists Serena Williams, Ibtihaj Muhammad, and Simone Manuel met at the Open this week. These talented women will continue to make history showing the future generation of young girls that your gender, race or religion won't stop you from being a success!
2. Passing of the torch! It's like looking into the future for Taylor Fritz. Pete Sampras may be from a slightly older generation, but he still has what it takes to inspire the young bucks!
3. Hair game! Jelena Ostapenko is knot to be messed with as she rocks a braided hairstyle.
4. New York Nicks! Nick Kyrgios, Lucas Pouille, Gael Monfils and Bernard Tomic took their games to a different court. It's the only time the expression "nothing but net" is actually a good thing!
5. Monkey business! Alize Cornet had a close kongversation with the gaming legend Donkey Kong! Afterwards the two of them went out for a couple of root beer barrels!
6. The Fault in our Star Spangled Banner! Babolat's presidential hopeful Jack Sock mingled with actor and music maker Ansel Elgort. The two divergent guys came together for a fun Kid's Day match!
7. A sneak attack! It appears trust falls are important in team USA bonding. It's unclear however, if Sam Querrey got the memo and caught the flying Bethanie Mattek Sands. Don't worry! No Bethanies were harmed in the making of this photo.
8. Traffic stop! Andrea Petkovic doesn't always know what direction she should take in life. Luckily, life will occasionally throw in a big sign to help her find the way!
9. Stanchat! No one does social media quite like Stan Wawrinka. First it's smoothies and butterflies of summer, next it will be leafs and a pumpkin spice latte!
