Tennis Pros are Foodies Too But Who Is the Top Chef? Tsonga, Halep, Pospisil or Venus Williams?

Tennis players can handle the pressure on court, but this week, Outside the Ball wanted to know how tennis players handle the heat of the kitchen. New York City never looked so good as tennis stars and famous chefs combine at the Taste of Tennis event. Host Mayleen Ramey was there to dish up a cooking showdown to hungry competitors!

As the players enjoy a sweet night out, Wimbledon Mixed Doubles Champion Heather Watson described what she would serve for a romantic night in. “I would serve steak! I think every guy likes steak. I’d ask him how he liked it cooked and I’d cook it right up for him!”

In what would be the ultimate Iron Chef America, we asked Venus Williams who would win a cooking competition between her and her sister Serena. “It would be tough. We both know our flavors. We should do that actually!”

But what about the men? Canadian Vasek Pospisil said he would cook up a really good Mac & Cheese when competing against American Jack Sock, but we’re not convinced it’s an original recipe.
